This project is a small office building in a lot of 322 sqmts in apparent concrete. The building program consists of parking space, and two office floors. The first office space has a patio while the second floor has a double space ceiling.
This building has been published in various architectural magazines and was awarded the silver medal price by the “Colegio de Arquitectos” in 2004.
